Students are busy with their future jobs, working people are busy paying off debt or making enough money, and young children are already busy with how they can get the best grades. Today, everyone in this world must be serious and we can laugh from time to time.
• Smiling endorphin releases. When you smile, you make yourself happy. You don’t need to be happy at all, if you are just smiling, you will be happy. A smile is such a powerful tool when you need to cheer up, you need to get going again. Try it sometime, when you are angry, grumpy or sad, put a video of, for example, a dog pooping on a baby, and smile. You’ll feel better, guaranteed.
