Do you think it’s funny?

We all enjoy a good laugh at times and, in fact, humor can be a very effective way to ease areas of tension or break the ice in a new relationship. But one thing to remember when using humor is that each of us has our own distinctive preferences for things that seem fun to us and different tastes regarding what we enjoy. Some may like antics, sketches, jokes, others may prefer a more subtle style of observation.

Laughter has been found to improve our overall health, boost our immune system, and lower both our stress levels and blood pressure. It releases endorphins, the feel-good and happy chemicals in the brain that are released every time we exercise, laugh, and feel optimistic.
