Many newcomers to weight loss often wonder which weight loss exercises will benefit them the fastest. It is a fact that an experienced athlete has quite an advantage in terms of losing weight due to experience. Simply put, they know what works for them in the gym. Here are some exercises you can put into practice that will help explode your progress and allow you to easily lose a ton of weight fast.

Circuit weight training is the first exercise that you should learn more about. This is not your typical “go to the gym and put the whole world on your shoulders” type of weight training. Circuit weight training allows you to lift a lighter weight with speed and helps you build stamina and strength. The reason why this type of training is so efficient is because it has a cardiovascular effect mixed with the training. You’re getting more reps out of your workout and really giving your body a resistance based workout.

Another exercise that promotes weight loss is running in its simplest form. I like to mix up my cardio training to keep my body guessing what it’s going to do. Two or three days a week I’ll do 50-yard sprints as fast as I can. This works on your fast twitch muscles and really keeps your muscles growing which in turn promotes fat loss in the most excellent way. The other days of the training week I like to go for an old-fashioned run. There is nothing more satisfying than experiencing a long, easy jog. You don’t have to go too fast, just find a slow to medium pace that you can maintain and build on that each time you do. These two exercises are in stark contrast to each other, giving your body a great opportunity to continue losing weight since it doesn’t get used to any type of exercise.
