Below is a list of some of the most important features and therefore the key points to consider:

Location – Is the location of the office development convenient for your business? Is it easily accessible for you and your staff and also for your customers?

Size – Too small or too large can cause a problem, therefore you want your space to be the perfect size for your business.

Facilities – Are the facilities you will need available to you, for example meeting rooms and conference rooms?

Lease Type – Are you offered the type of lease that best suits your needs?

Lighting and Air Conditioning: You will undoubtedly want your office space to be bright and airy and also benefit from a first-class air conditioning system, which of course is paramount in the summer months.

Elevators: Will you need an elevator for your staff or your clients? If this is the case, check that the elevators are in good working order.

Relaxation Areas – Are there any nice areas to relax in and around the office space? Maybe there are pretty gardens and an open space and benches for coffee or just relaxing for 10 minutes. Perhaps there are areas within the building that are geared towards relaxation.

Accessibility: Will you need your office to be easily accessible by public transport? This will likely be important to you, so access by public transportation will be important when deciding where to locate.

Reception – This will generally be the first port of call for any visitor to your business, so it is important that the reception area and reception staff are of the highest standard.
