4 Fallouts Every Newbie Trader Experiences With Binary Options

Let’s talk about 4 consequences that every novice trader experiences with binary options. For whatever reason, when this happens, you feel like your back is against the wall and the broker is being a bully, taking your money, one trade at a time. You’re not alone. Many beginning traders experience this and feel that they are being pressured and taken advantage of. If you feel that after watching a YouTube video on how to trade, you can start to make a profit, then you are wrong. Let’s take a closer look and see if you’ve experienced any of these results.

1. The market reversed at the same time it entered the operation.

You have opened an account, deposited some money, and you are ready to start making a profit. The market is going up and you feel confident enough to make a call option, only to know that not even 3 seconds into the trade does it begin to drop drastically. This is very common with most beginning traders. You’re not alone.

2. You entered the wrong trade by mistake and made a profit.

As a beginning or experienced trader, you need to make sure you are focused and free from distractions. Many traders have entered the wrong trade and become discouraged, only to learn that they made a profit. You wanted to take a 60 second trade and forgot to change the settings of the previous trade that was set for 30 minutes, but you still made a profit. This is an example of entering a wrong trade by mistake and making a profit. Take your time and double check everything before doing your operation.

3. Many trades were profitable, but turned into losses.

This is very common and can intimidate many new traders when starting out. You may have been working on a strategy where it seemed promising for profit, and in the end, you end up losing the trade. Again, be sure to practice on your demo account before starting your trading. I cannot stress this enough. Even when going live, be sure to take your time trading. Don’t feel like you have to recover immediately when you are depressed. When this happens, most of the time you end up losing more than you wanted.

4. Strong trading signal, but postponed and lost the perfect trade.

If this ever happens, don’t force the trade knowing you will lose. Keep calm and look for the following settings. You don’t want to get emotional. Like anything else, you must develop your trading method. Stay calm and continue to follow your master plan. If your results continue to put you in the red and you’re not hitting your 70% -80% profit target, re-evaluate and practice new techniques.

These are 4 consequences that every novice trader experiences with binary options. Remember to stay focused and think long term. You cannot enter this industry for 2 weeks and give up. If you are serious, you will take the time to practice your plan for a 70% to 80% profit. Whatever you practice enough, you will eventually become a teacher.
