Heavy is the heart that bears mockery

Prejudice has been around for years and is growing stronger. Not all brands cater to women with a strong complexion. A woman who is overweight or obese is looked down upon and labeled a loser. You face ridicule because you can’t adapt to the latest designs. A good number of people view fat people differently, some even believing that they lack basic intelligence! The term “plus size” has recently come into being, I am told, although fat, huge, obese, disgusting, disgusting, heavy, pig, ox, cow, etc. are used all the time.

Some questions about why fat people do what they do with thought-provoking answers (hopefully). Here it goes …

Appetite

Question: Why is the face stuffed with food instead of trimming?

This is supposed to be a good question, but the reason someone eats more is because they like it, period. A fat person believes that he should cut down on heavy things, it’s just that his willpower is limited when it comes to food. There is another reason, the person has image problems, so food is the only source of comfort. Therefore, while everyone believes that the person hogs like a pig (the general chant), there is always an emotional reason. Think about it!

Exercise

Question: Why can’t you get off the couch and exercise?

Again, a good question, but have you given any idea why someone heavy is afraid to join a gym? Most of the time, a plus-size woman feels uncomfortable in the midst of a group of toned and slender women who look down on her. Some even wonder if they can use the exercise equipment she has used! The woman who wants to lose weight eventually loses interest and stops going to the gym for countless reasons. Okay, there are other ways to tone it down, that’s true. Walking is wonderful, but at this point when a person is depressed, they make excuses because they have serious self-doubts. Think before you judge!

And that

Question: Everyone has image problems, why do fat people always make excuses?

Okay, we get it, the person has an eating problem and cannot accept criticism! The question, though tough, proves a point. Yet a plus-size woman invariably faces ridicule more often than anyone else. The reason for the countless excuses is that her morale has been shaken by people who should have backed her from the start. That being said, it is true that everyone has a problem, so why highlight fat women? A fat woman has to go the extra mile to give birth compared to her coworkers, friends, family, and society 24/7. Image problems plague fat women all the time, period. Women have a hard time since it’s on a regular basis, so why choose someone just because they have a healthy appetite and / or don’t exercise? Live and let live should be the mantra instead of upsetting someone you have no respect for because they don’t look good in designer clothes. Think about it, does any law state that one has to be a certain size? This is a social diktat.

Aside from the questions and answers, it is imperative to consider the sentiment. The flaws of a plus-size person are there for all to see, it goes without saying. She can’t hide this, period. However, when a woman is treated with disrespect due to a double chin, flabby arms, thick thighs, tummy, does that sound right to you? The bottom line is that we are all people made differently and when we turn back on our own, the pain can continue for years. Obesity is a deadly disease; It’s true, but think about it, did it help make someone stay fat or get someone to the point where they can’t say no to food? Each and every one of us wants to look like the amazing model in the ads. A plus size woman has to prove herself to everyone all the time. You can’t sit back and take life in stride (even though people think so). The reality is that you have to “market” your unique selling points all the time for people to take you seriously. Come on people, let’s think outside the box and give kindness a chance, before we all get overly critical, shooting at helpless, kind, big-hearted women.
